Once you’ve cleared your assessments, what’s next? A lifetime of fitness! But how does that happen? Primarily, this happens through a combination of personal training, group classes, and nutrition coaching. Depending on where you are on your journey will determine what the next step is for you and what your plan looks like. Here is our process for identifying this.
We talk with you about your progress and reassess goals! Goals change, priorities change, and our bodies adapt. If you want to see progress for a lifetime, you need to be able to be adaptable in your plan. At times your plan may include only personal training, only group classes, only nutrition, or it may include all three. It all depends on where you are and what your goals are.
At CrossFit 286, we make it a point to schedule regular check ins for all of our clients. Some will check in monthly, others quarterly. This is all in an effort to provide you the right course of action in order to move forward. You have probably heard people say the plateaued in their workouts, that’s because their body adapted, and they never took the time to adapt their program. These check ins will identify when that has happened and will keep you moving forward!
