At CrossFit 286, we have a very thoughtful and laid out client journey. Whether you have worked out with us or not, you may or may not have recognized this journey. We have gone through different variations and added and removed many things from it to come to the point we are at now which is producing incredible results for clients at a rapid rate! This week we will break down the various aspects of the journey, but for now, here is an overview!
We always start with a conversation. Some people need CrossFit, some people don’t. Some people need personal training, some people need group classes, some people need nutrition coaching, some people need all three, and some people just need to vent about what is going on in their life. No matter what your need is, we will always start with a conversation so we can better understand where you are coming from and what the best plan is for you. No two people are identical, and neither are their plans.
After the initial conversation, we give you actionable steps to take to get from where you are today, to where you want to be. For some this is a full-scale program with exercise and nutrition, for others, its setting up times for them to go for a walk each day. The. Actionable steps depend on your goals and where you want to go. We won’t laugh or make fun of where you are at, simply, we will show you what you are already doing right and how you can build on it.
Once you take action, you are off to the races! Making progress left and right and crushing goal after goal. The journey isn’t always smooth and steady, so we. Make sure to sit down and check in frequently in case we need to adjust your plan. Life gets crazy and tries to derail progress. We help you stay ahead of it and adapt so you can continue progressing even when life is throwing everything at you.
Once you hit your goal, the fun doesn’t stop. You’ll be so pumped up about reaching your goal, that you’ll set another goal to crush. Once you crush that once, you’ll set another. The result? A lifetime of better health and wellness!
