What is the ideal workout for you to reach your goals? I’m not talking in general, I mean, what is the best workout for you as an individual to reach your goals? There are a lot of exercise options out there. Some may get you to your goals, some may not. Having an expert hand pick workout for you is crucial if you want to get to your goals.
There are a lot of nuances to programming workouts. Without diving into a rabbit hole. Just know that there are more factors at play than you want to think about. For example, my goal is to get stronger. If I squat heavy percentages of my 1 rep max, like 5 sets of 3 squats at 85% of my 1 rep max, I don’t progress much. However, if I squat 1 rep at 90% and multiple reps at 80%, I progress much faster. There are reasons for this, but it’s a nuance that has taken years for me to figure out (with the help of my online coach!).
Your coach will save you from having to research exercises science and will provide workouts that work for you and your goals. The workouts will be 100% custom for you, because what you need and what I need are going to be different. No one size fits all approach here.
