Eat real food. It’s that simple. Processed food is not good for you. Food with artificial ingredients is not good for you. Food with preservatives is not good for you. Additionally, it is incredibly hard to overeat on real food, It is very easy to overeat on processed food. Consider eating 100 calories of brussel sprouts versus 100 calories of cookies.
