We need vitamin D! Vitamin D is vital for a number of things within the body. A major one being how our immune system functions. Do you know what the most readily available source of vitamin D is? THE SUN! That’s right, you can go outside and enjoy being outside this spring and improve your immune system!
We recommend getting outside for at least 10min each day. All you need to do is stand there in the sun. Bonus points though if you walk or jog around while soaking up some rays! Does work and life have you too busy to go outside? Are you self-quarantining and don’t want to go outside? Supplement with a vitamin D3 soft gel. Something in the 5000 IU range should do the trick!
