Ideally, your accountability comes from a coach or some third party who’s job is to help you success. This is the quickest way to ensure your success. On days when you want to slack off, they will make sure you don’t. When you need someone to lift you up, they will lift you up. When you need someone to celebrate you, they will celebrate you.
