Getting Out of Quarantine

As the world begins to slowly reopen, there are some things we need to be aware of. We need to realize that just because you can get a haircut or go to a restaurant, does not mean the virus is gone or is any less contagious. We need to make sure we exercise caution and continue to be safe so that we can get back to real life sooner rather than later. We also need to…

… Realize that when we are getting back to real life, we need to ease in. Specific to the fitness and health, it may be tempting to go as hard as possible to make up for missed time. This is a mistake. The same phased approach our government is taking to reopen is the same kind of approach we need to take as we taper out of quarantine.

 

This week we will focus on mentally debriefing in order to find out what is important to us all going forward. That will give you your first priority as you taper out of quarantine.
