Help First

Have you ever been in a situation where you wanted to do something, but someone told you it wasn’t a good idea, or the right time, or something that made you not do that thing. Only to find out that you missed the boat and should have done it? At CrossFit 286, we look out for everyone’s best interest and only do things that line up with that interest.

As we enrich the lives of everyone we come into contact with, we are faced with many decisions. The value that always guides our decisions it, “what is best for the client?” It’s our to duty to serve our clients as best as we possibly can. If we don’t they don’t reach their goals, don’t enjoy their time in the gym, and stop coming in. The result of that is someone who’s life we have not enriched… the exact opposite of what we try to do every day.

 

When we meet with clients and potential clients, we always make sure to recommend them what they need to reach their goals. Often times this is having them take advantage of additional services such as nutrition and personal training. We make it a point to provide the tools that our clients need to succeed, and offer what they need, not what we want them to do.
