Review your perfect day. Now that you have had a few nights to sleep on it, make sure it is still your perfect day. If something has changed, go ahead and update it. Next, you need to write out your current day and compare the two. Are you close to your perfect day or way off?
What will it take to get you to your perfect day? Whether you are almost there or nowhere close, you need to look at the factors holding you back. Circle them or highlight them. One by one, compare where you are now in that one area to where you want to be. What is halfway between the two points? What is halfway between where you are and the halfway point? Continue in this fashion until you have one item you can take action on TODAY. Continue this for all the circled or highlighted items.
Finally, rank the circled/ highlighted items in order of importance to you. Once you do this, you now have a step by step guide to get to your perfect day! You have your most important item, plus an immediate action step to take to get moving in the right direction! Focus on this area until it is up to par with your perfect day, then go for the next most important item.
