Surviving Quarantine, Step 1

Times are interesting right now. Most people are staying away from crowds and public places, and for good reason. We all need to do our part to prevent the spread of viruses and sicknesses such as COVID-19. So, what should do during this time to make it through this lockdown in a better place than when you started?

Start by exercising! When we exercise, we improve our health and our immune system. With viruses such as COVID-19 circulating, we need to make sure our immune system is strong so we can avoid it or fight it off if we get it. Now is not the time to sit on the couch watching Netflix. Now more than ever we need to exercise.

 

This doesn’t mean you need a full gym set up. You can build a buffer of immunity with just your body and no weights! Many of our members are staying home right now and participating in workouts from the comfort of their own home! They are loving the workouts and the challenge they present!
