Surviving Quarantine, Step 5

Are you feeling lonely? With everyone staying in and avoiding social interaction, it can get pretty lonely. Social media has a lot going on, but it’s just not the same. Here are some ways you can maintain that social interaction you’re craving.

Stay active in groups you are currently a part of. If you are the member of a gym like CrossFit 286, a local club, or any other group. Stay active in it. Find ways to help people and stay in touch with people even if it’s digitally. Go out of your way to have a conversation with 1 person today.

 

Stay disciplined. When the curtain is lifted and life is back to normal, you want to be able to jump right back in where you were. If you were working out, eating right, and sleeping, you should keep up with that so you can jump right back in with your friends when the time comes!
