You probably have some amazing goals that you’re working towards, but are you doing everything you can to reach them? A lot of us think we are working hard towards our goals, but when we take a step back and analyze, we realize that there are some holes in our game plan that need to be filled. On the flip side, we can take a step back and appreciate what we have done with all the hard work and sacrifice we have put in. In either instance, it requires us to pull back and look objectively where we are at.
For me, enriching the lives of everyone who comes through the doors of CrossFit 286 is my main goal. Providing the best classes, personal training, and nutrition coaching is how we accomplish that. From time to time, I need to take a step back and look objectively at what we have built. How can we make it even better? How can we help more people? What things can we look at and appreciate because of how solid they are?
You don’t have to quit what you are doing altogether or stop for a long period of time. Just taking a few minutes, hours, or days can be amazingly beneficial. This weekend, I want you take some time and reflect on where you are at. Are you moving in the right direction? Are you doing everything you can do? What do you need to do better? What are you crushing? Reflect on this stuff and it will give you clarity on how to move forward.
