We have spent a lot of time this week giving you ways to optimize your immunity. Now is where the rubber meets the road. In order to success, you need to set up a plan. A good quality plan for immunity will include the following:
If we look at all of those items, we want to pick out the items that your struggle the most with. For most people, that’s nutrition. You should start there and spend most of your energy improving that area. Next, look at your workouts. What are you currently doing, is it working, do you need to change things up? The result of nutrition and exercise should help improve mental health. If you are still struggling with your mental health, see what else you can do to get your mind right, and tag in an expert if needed. Lastly, look into supplements, only if you have the other. Items dialed in. Most people do not need supplements!
Start slow, upgrade your food, move more, meditate. See where this takes you. After a couple of weeks, reevaluate and update as needed.
