Weekend Reflection: What are You Training For?

Why do you do what you do? Do you exercise and eat right because you want to look a good, feel good, and be healthier? Do you want to live a more active lifestyle? Are you looking to run in a 5k or a marathon? There is no right or wrong answer. But you do need to have an answer.

This is the reason why you prioritize yourself.  Take the weekend to think on that. Why do you do what you do, who do you do it for, and what does it take to reach the end goal?
