Over the last 2 weeks, we have talked a lot about the values of CrossFit 286. Now that you know what we are all about, it’s time to find out what you are all about. Take the weekend and reflect on what your top 3 values are. Sometimes this can be a tough task to do, so try this out.
Write down 3 people or experiences that had the most positive impact on your life, and 3 people or experiences that had the most negative impact on your life. Once you do this, break it down into what the impact that had on your life. As you do this, you will begin to uncover your true values.
I thought I knew my own values until I did that exercises and realized I was out of touch with who I really am and what I really thought and felt.
