What Does Your Perfect Day Look Like?

What will your life look like after quarantine? Will it be the same grind you were on before, or will it be the life you have always dreamed of? What does that life look like? One of my favorite activities is the “Perfect Day” activity. It allows you to provide.  Clarity and direction to what you want your life to be like! Here is how to do it.

Start by reviewing the notes you wrote down on what you learned, from yesterday’s activity. If you have not done this, stop now and check out yesterday’s blog post. With a good idea of what you have learned, how will you implement that into your life post quarantine? Think on that for a moment before we go a little further.

 

Now that you know how to implement what you have learned, it’s time to write down, in as much detail as possible, what your perfect day looks like. What time do you wake up, go to bed, who are you spending time with, where do you work, how much time do you spend on various activities, what hobbies do you have, etc.? Write this all down. Make it realistic. You probably aren’t buying a new airplane and private island each day, if you are, great, but most of us aren’t.  

 

You have now taken the most important step! You have identified what is important to you and what you want to spend your time working on. Now you need to set up a plan on how to get to that perfect day. Later this week we will dive into how to do this. For now, take your perfect day and put it somewhere you will see it every day!
