Life during a pandemic is weird. The last two months have been anything but normal. You have probably been home way more than you ever have, you’ve probably ordered out way more than you ever have, and probably watched more TV that you ever have. So, what have you learned from this whole experience?
Maybe you learned that you really enjoy cooking or going for walks. Maybe you learned that you need to spend more time with your family. Take some time and think about what you have learned about yourself, your family, your friends, your co-workers, etc. It is important to do this as it will shed some light on things that you thought were important that really aren’t and things are super important that you may have overlooked.
Write this stuff down. You need to get these thoughts on paper and out of your mind so you can have a clear head as you emerge from quarantine the best version of yourself. Once you have this list, don’t do anything with it until tomorrow. No rash decisions, no changing jobs. Just review it have it for reference for tomorrow!
