When you want to move in the right direction, it can be intimidating. The destination looks awesome, but the journey can be a scary and unknown thing. This thought has stopped many people from even getting started on their journey.

Whether your goal is to live longer, stay healthier, run a marathon, or anything else, you need to move in the. Direction of your goals. So, what’s stopping you? Is it the thought of the unknown? The fear of being laughed at for having ambitious goals. Fear of failure? Anything else?
