You Are Good Enough

We never tell someone they aren’t good enough to do something. Everyone is good enough. Even if what they say sounds crazy, it’s not. We will prescribe the plan to get them there.

Everyone has different backgrounds and different goals. At CrossFit 286, we are firmly committed to offering the tools to get people from where they are today, to where they want to be. We sit down with a lot of people and hear a lot of different stories and motivations. One thing they all have in common is that. They are all possible with the right plan.

 

We never will tell someone they can’t accomplish something or that they aren’t good enough to do something. If there is a will, there is a way. We will prescribe a plan to get you where you want to go. It be a long journey, it may be expensive, it may be uncomfortable. If you’re ok with all of that, so are we. We will help you.

 

Irene is a client of our who recently started with us. In 2010, Irene ran a half marathon and over the past 10 years has reduced the amount of running to the point where she has not run in quite some time. She has a goal to run a marathon in 3 years. We laid out a plan to get here from where she was when we first talked, not running at all, to where she wants to be; able to run a marathon. Some people might scoff and say that it’s not possible. They would be wrong. She has been coming in consistently and has been diligent about her nutrition. I know she will run that marathon and can’t wait to watch her do it!
