You probably had some amazing goals just a couple shorts months ago at the start of the new year. How are those goals coming along? You need a coach. Plain and simple. During this time of uncertainty, it can be all too easy to neglect our goals, especially if those goals are health and fitness related. Eating junk food, neglecting exercise, and watching too much TV are all too easy night now, especially with Netflix documentaries like “Tiger King.”
So how can a coach help you? Accountability. We all know the right things we need to do. We know we need to eat more veggies, drink more water, ditch the sugar, the list goes on and on. But how many of us actually do what we are supposed to? Not many. Most people wait until tomorrow, which becomes next week, and then next month, and then at New Years, and on and on the cycle goes.
A coach breaks that cycle. Your coach will tell you what you need to do and will make sure you get it done. They will adjust a course and help you navigate the journey that is reaching your goals. If you are serious about reaching your goals, you need a coach.
