Be Like Stephanie

At CrossFit 286, we have a lot of really amazing individuals who work out with us. One of them in particular is a great example of taking a holistic approach to health and wellness. Stephanie is a great example of putting this approach into action.

Over the years prior to working out with us, Stephanie struggled with several health issues that could not quite be pin pointed. They weren’t the usual, easy diagnosis for her doctors. As a result, she began to ask more questions and seek out more help from experts. As a result, she learned about what was going on with her body and what her body had been so desperately trying to tell her. Not only did she learn what was going on, she also began to implement new diet and exercise protocols and the results were incredible!

 

Even now, she is not afraid to try out something new in order to optimize her health. She is a great example of someone who lives the holistic approach and does not get tied down to any one set of beliefs on what the best method is. We have been amazed at her journey. Even after having surgery recently, she has been able to remain disciplined and focus on her health and wellness in order to speed up and improve the recovery process.
