Only Change One Thing

This week we have talked a lot about taking a holistic approach to your health and wellness. If you are still having trouble getting started, try changing just one thing. A lot of times, people want to change their life and do a complete 180, but upon doing this, they realize that such a drastic change so quickly is unsustainable.

Your goal this weekend is to pick one habit to change. It could be as small as changing from white bread to whole wheat or going from no exercise to 10min each week. It doesn’t have to be a major change. Upgrade one item in your life, get comfortable with the change, and then pick out a new area to work on once the old one is a habit.
