Surviving Quarantine, Step 3

Hopefully you are still exercising, whether in your home or at one of the few amazing gyms that are still open. Hopefully you are making good food choices while your are in lockdown mode. Another item you need to make sure you check off is your hydration.

It can be very easy in times like these to forget to drink water. We are stressed, busy with work, the kids, life, Netflix, wine, etc. It can be easy to forget to drink enough water. As we all know however, we need water for our bodies to function optimally. Want keep up that immune system? You need to drink enough water. Shoot for around 60oz of water per day and go from there.
